This all-steel rail sytem is used for Twin or Full size hook in head boards and footboards. The special drop rail bracket lowers your bedding 3 1/2 inches to make it easier to get into your bed. The DRTF-3 has the added support of a cross support with 2 legs providing an additional level of support.
